AngloGold Ashanti is a Ghanaian company by establishment

Where ever a company choose to place it HQ does not make the place the owner of the company.

Shareholdings is also a form of ownership.

Establishment by law makes it a legal entity as regard operation

by law , cooperate institution has no owner even if you owns 100 percent stake. but technically , if you hold 1 percent shares of a 100 million dollar business , you are equally an owner. you need to go learn how decision making body of an organization works.
