They are South African owned companies

secondly you never mentioned the subsidiaries in your post, you just straight up claimed MTN, Anglo Gold and Goldfields are all of a sudden Ghanaian companies.

If you said MTN Ghana then no problem(I probably still would of told you that it is SAn owned though ) ..... Also im relatively certain Anglogold and goldfields operate as external Companies in Ghana and dont have subsidiaries there.
