I watched with burning interest over an eons blood feud

between angels and demons fighting for my soul,

sadly I sympathize with both.

A melange of different emotions ran across my heart

And I know not who to choose ---for I am a free spirit,

I will not be caged and let my soul

Be battered and smeared by two ancient entities

Who revels in joy for different souls caught in their web of endless rivalry

I am a free spirit

Where do I go for here?

My path is chosen already

I shall find solace in myself

I accept my fate.
