The concept of your photo is beautiful but the execution is poor. The photo is out of focus.

Were you trying to shoot at the sky in general or at the moon? Did you wait to allow the camera to take in enough light or was the shot hastily taken? Did you tap on the screen to focus or not? Did you turn on the HDR? Do you know that 4:3 shots are better in quality than 16:9?
