The answer is No one or Nobody has more. Because Lizzy had #500 past tense,

John's own is just a figure/number no Naira sign was indicated in his 50

Then Fifi will have #700 meaning he is yet to have future tense.

OMG. Chai. I didnt pay attention to John's figure as just figure. My brain was seeing it as #50.
