He needs to focus more on the key policy ideas, initiatives, programs and strategy that IPOB intends to implement differently to make South East economically prosperous and politically stable as opposed to what current set of governors are doing. That's what is relevant now if he is serious about getting widespread support.

He should quit engaging in unnecessary attacks on personalities including those who have nothing against his IPOB goals.

2) Nkalagu Cement Factory

3) Benue Cement Company, Gboko, Benue State.

4) Ashaka Cement Company, Gombe State.

1) Obasanjo called all the importers of cement to a meeting and told them Nigeria couldn't continue to import cement.

2) He asked them to transform from importers of cement to manufacturer by applying for license to build cement Factories.

3) Many importers obtained the license but only BUA and Dangote finished their Cement manufacturing factories. Ibeto didn't during Obasanjo's time but wanted to continue importation of cement but the Government stopped all the importation.

4) Yar'Adua became president in 2007 and started reversing many of the economic policies of the proceeding Obasanjo administration, including lifting the ban on importation of cement which allowed Ibeto to be back in cement business.

5) I think Ibeto later completed his own Cement manufacturing company much more later after the ban was restored.

Dangote is involved in cement manufacturing business with very few competitors(Bua and lafarge) because you need very huge capital to set it up, majority of his wealth is in the cement division of his holdings, yes, he has gotten tax waivers and custom duty exemptions from Government, but he is not the only businessman given this favours.

Licenses have been issued by Government to so many businessmen to build refineries, very few have broke ground, na only Dangote were don almost finish him own, in a few years now, when he adds maybe $10b or more to his networth, una go begin cry say na Buhari give am monopoly to build refinery.
