Op Spanish police are well paid,well trained,well recruited and motivated but whenever u see a Nigeria police patrol team on d road,just know that nobody gave them fuel for their vehicle,they buy uniforms themselves and repair patrol vehicles themselves.Am not saying there are no bad eggs in d police but comparing them with Spanish police will b totally unfair |
