Veteran Nollywood actress, Hilda Dokubo is of the opinion that the decision to ease the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja despite the spike in confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in these states and in other parts of the country, is a bad one.

In a video posted on her Instagram page, the actress said President Buhari must have taken the decison to ease the lockdown due to false reports about the current situation of the Coronavirus pandemic in the country. She asked whoever is ''lying'' to the president to come out with the truth.

She wondered why the government would want people to resume work and go about their daily lives when they have not even fumigated streets, major roads and other places to make it safe for people.

That decision can never be the right one at this time but then, we are hungry.

So because she has millions in her account she doesn't know many people are dying of hunger.

This thing is actually a two way thing.
One,the government are aware that the citizens are in need of both money and food and since they can't help them,they feel the best option is to allow them go about their usual daily activities inorder to feed their families.

The second thing is that,either the government don't know what to do or they don't want to do it, only God knows.
It would have been better and less risky if the government actually fumigated all streets especially the places where the victims have been identified.
