SUPER MAN can beat Thanos

There is None except d higher gods..

One super hero can’t defeat Thanos. Maybe Odin could stand a chance or Scarlet Witch(Wanda)
Thanos is too fast

Though thanos is very fast and powerful I think wolverine can beat him

He didn’t have infinity stones when he fought 3 of them, and he beat them black and blue Thor used both Axe and hammer. Na only Thor father and scarlet witch or captain marvel(binary) fit defeat him.
E no say e no fit carry mjolnir but can hold stormbreaker

She will defend thanos easily. That's if he's without the stones. Notice how she almost destroyed him until thanos smartly commanded his ship to shoot down on the field and interrupted her.
Scarlet witch is arguably the most powerful avenger(maybe captain marvel also), forget thor.

If we want to go beyond the avengers, Jean Grey is enough.

Note that there are still other people. But since, marvel haven't brought them to screen, I won't mention them.

Superman will easily take thanos out. If thanos was wearing the gauntlet, a super-sun-charged superman will still take him out.
Shazam is a worthy contender. Except he's childish and thanos is a warrior.
