No it is not. Even though is sound weird and laughable but it was a smart move. You should be more concerned with why the result came out positive!. Is it because the kit was bad or due to mechanical error of lab personnel.

Could it be that some of the test kits are already DELIBERATELY tainted with the virus so that once used, a dual purpose will be achieved: to return a positive result and to infect the patient simultaneously?

We can safely say that many of the kits are either faulty or laced with the virus.

It is an attempt to link Africa to the Origin of the virus. If Africa reports very high rate of virus plus high rate of antibody later, then the Chinese can easily deflect COVID 19 source to Africa

I am sure you didn't read the article. Samples were extracted from goat and pawpaw and they tested positive. It's a pointer that something is wrong. It's either the test kits are contaminated with covid or there is something that needs to be known.
