Hello House,

I have by God's grace a three bedroom flat located somehwere in Ibadan.

I want to move to another one. But i am still contemplating what i can do with this 3 bedroom bungalow I want to leave. The location is still developing. At such, i might not see a good bargain for rentals.

Please house, what can I do with this building.

A. Rent ( which I might not see someone)
B. School ( the site is inside. I don't know if parents will bring their kids there)
C. Lease
D. Sell.
E. What business can I run with it? I think of poultry but it will depreciate the beauty of the house.

Experts and professionals, please I need your advice.

Monthly rentals is a good idea to attract people since the area isn't developing. For example, I rent apartments on monthly rentals to house my workers. If you're open to such and not far from Ogbomoso so I can refer someone to rent it for his farm workers

Nice idea. I really appreciate your suggestion but I am far from ogbomosho. I am in oluyole LGA.

But what do you think of using the place for poultry or school.

I am open to more ideas house.

If you're staying there or want to set the school up on enterprise fine. But if not, rent it out monthly, it brings consistent fast money
