This is my problem with the blackman : he cannot use his initiative. Must there be a state that does house to house testing before people start doing it? This governor
is directly claiming his state is Covid-19 free...of which that is impossible!!! He is not even testing talking more of sending samples to the NCDC for verification. So how can be openly boast that the state is Covid-19 free when he is not even testing?!
