If shell could abandon Warri, Port Harcourt is not impossible. Choppers can fly directly from other states to offshore platforms and bonny, they will simply abandon land based facilities. It is the common man that will suffer, imagine all the companies decide to operate or take off from Akwa Ibom, many oil workers will relocate imagine what it will do to cost of rent, hotels, hospitals, shopping mall etc. Apart from oil revenue what does Rivers state have
