Yes, we know that Nigerians are not quality citizens. If they were they will not have elected him in the first place. Having said that, he was elected to lead and in most cases offer solutions to the myriad of problems besetting Nigeria.

Your mechanic can only work with what you have brought and paid for. Nigeria is what it is because of the people that occupy the geographical expression called Nigeria. Lazy, greedy, selfish and so far uncreative especially in terms of technology.
When you have a society with good characters, then you will also have a better society. What makes America great is not the govt but the people; very creative, very unselfish, cares about the good of the greater society more than about themselves. Nigeria and Africa as a whole lack these basic characteristics that builds fantastic societies.
