Yes, I know the profit won't be high as this since I dont plan on investing more than a 100 dollars.

Exactly, I tell people stop using 5000$ demo and be making 100$ in a trade and smile using 2 lots. When you go and deposit 100$ for real trading, you want to repeat the same feat.
Try money management with small amount first. I have a friend who is normally demo trading with 5000$ and when he uses 2 lots to catch 10 pips he'll post it e everywhere, them de decided to try out real with 10$ and he was smoked.

If thats the case, always see it as 2900 + 100.
That $100 is what you see as your money.

Here's what I did, look for a pair with very wide spread, e.g GBPNZD, click buy or sell on the max lot size you can be allowed. Close the trade immediately you open it, that way, you can reduce it to 100$ or around that and then plan your trades and risk management from there

I have been following up this thread for weeks now forex is really a good venture if you know what you're doing soon my success will make noise....as regards broker no one has talked about Octa FX they are very good and give 50% bonus on each deposit you can start with a $100

Exness allows you to reduce (using withdraw button) account to any amount you want.

Good for beginners.

Depends on what you can afford, buh my advice is for trading to be reasonable, you should have an account where you can trade 0.1 lot size risking 40 pips as 4% of Ur account..

1586 is a good buy for Gold if you want to risk $4

My demo

Now we're up 120pips on this and we want to see if buys from 1686 to 1696 [100pips] are respected, but above 1700 then, I'd be holding a firm buy.

However rejection beneath 1696 is opportunities to sell till 1640. Also keep tight SL at entry or max 20 pip drawdown on entries for sell.

The further Gold falls, the better for us to enter and size up position for the monthly hold. If patient enough you may walk out this trade with more than you have made In a year.
There is a thing bullion traders say: "Sell in May and go away "

So I advise high caution. Looking for one more high then a heavy monthly slap to Gold for a monthly sell. The beast has appeared.

I would have used 0.01 lot.
Always risk your trade in dollars not in pips.( my own money management strategy)
In a trade I may risk maybe $5 for a tp of $10 as the case may be.
Money gives me the thorough sense of my risk (say a bait).
This is me.
Other people have theirs.
