Brian Chesky, CEO of Airbnb, had no choice than to lay off 1,900 workers due to the pandemic. The outbreak, as we all know, has done more harm to several families than we can envisage. The company, a startup, has been making substantial profit, but the outbreak changed the while story as it’s been preventing majority of its customers from travelling. No one can predict what is going to happen in the next 24 hour. This unpredictability has led the company executive to take the drastic measures which would affect so many families. Samzeal:Hmmmm...it's 1 month 3 weeks now that I've been staying at home. I'm very sure, this reopening is just to push people ahead of what will happen next. The worse is yet to come |
