Remember a thread I created sometime ago about a friend buying a Toyota Highlander. He has gotten one, installed a car tracker. Are there other ways to secure it? He thought of buying steering/pedal locker.

Abeg, na Volvo I de use for now and even if I park am outside, no shaking. cheesy

tell your friend to insure the vehicle comprehensively, I would recommend Mansard, from personal experience

trackers and other physical security measures would only possibly protect the vehicle from outright theft, that would have no effect against vandalism and stripping for parts

If your friend likes he should get escorts, wetin go happen go happen.
Comprehensive insurance would be the way to go to help cushion the shock of super story

Insurance does not pay in Nigeria. Which insurance company has paid the rent or paid for the damage of a car.

Best thing get that steering lock and brake pad. You are securing the vehicle from stolen. Best they steal mirrors and what have not than take the entire body. You get my point?

And again park it into a fenced compound

Very wrong conclusion. Insurance companies have been paying, once saw a Hyundai at Gazzuzz's workshop, insurance paid for it. Same with a friend who had a comprehensive plan with MANSARD.

P.s Just re-read your post, wtf is securing the "brake pad"? Nig*a you're a clown!

Thought you were done fighting on the other thread? How do you even manage to keep up the response energy? At a point in time, you had to contend with your online gf, then the clown prince and other people too numerous to mention, even our resident good guy Nu..rey. grin - It's difficult to hold a grudge against because obviously you love to fight!
