It was Arsenal's last competitive match at the Highbury, it was a mind blowing encounter with Wigan Athletic which the Gunners won 4-2 with the highlights of the day being Thierry Henry hatrick, the most scoring footballer in the history of the stadium, long live the Gunners.

And that marks the end of Arsenal's glorious era.

Construction of Emirate stadium led Arsenal into serious debt, they stopped signing Experienced players.

Sir Wenger seems to be part of the collateral used when lending money for the project, many great teams like Barca, Bayern showed interest in Wenger but Baba couldn't go.

I remembered William Gallas famous bust up with Wenger, he accused Wenger of not signing better players, Gallas was subsequently strip off of captaincy.

RIP Arsenal, my condolence to the fans.
