They are banding up like hounds trying to nitpick and trip me because they cannot deal with the elephant of issues that I raise. They are out there looking for commas, dots, and little silly mistakes while avoiding the real ISSUES at play.

I did some research - it appears the concept started way back in 2003 - Tinubu was Lagos governor when he gave them Land in 2006 - and as we speak the progress of construction all these years is very disappointing.
