What I have seen is that we usually make comments based on our bias. When the governor we support does something, we label him action governor, if the one we oppose do the same thing, he becomes a useless governor, thug etc. Just like Wike is being branded thug for ensuring that lockdown is enforced. Another governor we like could have earned himself action governor for doing same...
