Whenever I read Supreme Court of Nigeria, What I actually understand is a Circus of Clowns

As usual, some morons and blockheads would rush to type and accuse Mary odili and the other judges forgetting that this judgement is based on technicalities. They didn't say Uzor Kalu is innocent but they stated that the process that led to his conviction was faulty. The question we should be asking is why the FG and the EFCC lawyers didn't see all of these while the case was ongoing. It just shows how useless the EFCC fight against corruption is. As for the morons that are already typing nonsense up there, the Supreme Court has asked that the case file be reassigned to another judge for trial. They didn't declare Uzor Kalu innocent. They only faulted the illegal process that led to his conviction.

all these are nonsense, nnamdi knows nothings even a baby in Nigeria knew OUK will be freed....is just the system...so whether he talks or not, he WL be freed...let him stop deceiving you guys, MNK knew supreme court sitting is near, he used the opportunity to speak...cos he knew he will be release...like many people knows too...

Any panel you see Justice Odili,know that,the judgement will be given based on technicality,not whether the person committed the crime or not.Thats the beauty of law.

You find anything faulty in it? They said the case should be properly tried, anything wrong in asking that proper thing be done? Orji Kslu lawyer was smart in looking for loop hole to quash the judgement. Why can't Nigeria do things the proper way? It doesn't mean that Kalu is totally free, it only mean he is free until his case is reassigned and retried. The judges have acted in the interest of the Judiciary.

Guys this judgement was 100% sound guess they deleted that part of ACJA completely to avoid ambiguity again but Head of court of Appeal cannot issue a fiat to a judge under him to return to high court to perform any duty as that level of court has an head independent of his office. Thats why they wondered what wig he will wear in that lower court. Thereby saying once a judge is elevated give his cases to a new judge. They didnt dismiss the case but said return it to the high court to retry and pls give it to a judge in that level. The man shouldn't rejoice yet as now both sides know each others points of both prosecution and defense both closed cases. If i was leading the prosecution now is time to add more charges or amend those dismissed based on their defense
