As part of measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu said no movement without facemasks.

A man was seen in Ojodu Berger area of Lagos today doing this. Will the governor be blamed if he orders his arrest?

If he is Yoruba, Hausa, Edo Benue and the likes, no one will make noise over it, his case will be decided in a court of competent jurisdiction.
