if only black celebrities will invest in Africa, I can't even start calculating the amount of progress we would have.

I don't really think it will work because North Africans(Egypt,morroco,Tunisia,Algeria and Libya)don't classify themselves as Africans.And Africans won't be able to pay as their European counterpart.Racism is a global issue,Even the Asian, south Americans,carribeansare not left out.

The origine of the name africa is from north africa . they were the first to be called africans centuries before the name africa , africains was generalized to the rest of the continent

for balotelli idea , its stupid , buildiong 5 stadiums per countru ok and after ? who pays the maintenance, the wages? club needs , training young talents? stadiums are not the first factor to have a top world football league and have stars , its money , sponsor , broadcasting rights , tickets ,how much money the fans are ready to pay , how much money the sponsors will give , how much the clubs can pay the players. and dont forget the training , european football acamedies are at another level .

if it was just for stadiums and money , we can check : qatar , kuweit , emirats , saudis , they have top world stadiums better then europ , they have also the money , they have also attracting big stars with hudge salary , but who will follow there leagues ?

The racism in Europe is too intense for Balotelli to deal with but he makes a good point, if African footballers could promote the African football leagues then there would definitely be improvement.
