Very true. The cost saving of circa 300k justifies even a 3 month wait. Amdman is doing a good job.

Payment plan.. Amdman is in the best position to answer that. You know circumstances and policies change per time, and I wouldn't want to be quoted in the future. Notwithstanding, he is very reasonable. Discuss with him.
