I called yesterday and complained about 2015 awardees that were neither sent email to update result or paid.
The lady replied that I should be patient that payment are in batches

They said we should upload our most recent result transcript when we just got awarded. They have not even sent award letter. They only paid us. Besides, new awardees can't access their recent results in this lockdown.
