Have you heard such a crazy story before? That Soldiers armed with machine guns were on patrol and civilians came to attack them with stones? Even if he is high on drugs, no civilian will will take stones to go and attack someone that is armed, let alone a Soldier. The only time civilians will throw stones at Soldiers is if Soldiers attacked them and they have no choice but defend themselves with anything they can find such as stones.
