I ask this question because l have come to realise that one of my line(sim card) network is very poor even though one of their mass is in my area.
While my other line to some extent has tried though their mass is not close to me.

I think location matters. Network is said to be strong in urban areas than the rurals ones mainly because of high profits from it large users.

Move at least 10km away from your area. If the problem persists, then your network provider is experiencing a strain on their core network.

Cell based communication systems is a whole chain of complex technology stacked to achieve effective digital communications between geographically dispersed locations.

If the radio network sites that are closer to you the mobile user is properly setup with adequate channel bandwidth for subscribers, the access layer network which aggregates all radio sites could be the missing link.

There's also the core network which processes suscriber user and control data from all sites. It's a whole mix of complex technology, trust me.
