please how often do you change the gear oil? What's type of oil do you use for your transmission?

It depends on the condition of the gear oil. So what I do is, I smell the oil from the dipstick. If it smells burnt, then I change it. If not I use it for about 6-7 months. Though I must say I don't drive everyday.

I use Honda Genuine fluid though I understand that there are cheaper ones that work well too.

Tgoit just reminded me that I have not serviced my gear over 1 year going to two years now
