I will advice you to get a small car for easy movement around, a car isn't a luxury but necessity. |

Op, i totally understand where you are coming from because I've been there. Please whatever you do, don't buy scrap as car and there's no where in Nigeria you will see a good car for 700k, it must have issues. Land, it's easy for people without experience in life and without children to say go for land, reality is different for a lot of people. If you decide on buying a land, Where's the land and is it legit? When my dad was working he built his houses and bought two cars with loan so decide what is best for you and your family but don't throw the money away buying things that will not give you value. |

If u buy cheap cars u don buy family problem be that better shine yours eyes. Someone bought a car 450k n its engine parked up in 2 months n he needed about 300k which he didn't have for repairs. Till today the car is still waiting for repairs n scrap ppl dey come price am 100k ![]() Buying a naija used car is a gamble u may be lucky or unlucky. It's a against the law of basic economics to borrow to fund liabilities. My advice - Invest that money into something profitable n delay gratification. Ur wife can be taking Keke or bus when the sun is harsh or get a househelp to help run errands n go market. Secure their future if u love them |

OP Freest, Coman buy land with as little as 500k to 750k a plot in good locations. *No omonile wahala, no government wahala* to disturb you on the land. Even if you just leave the plot fallow for years to appreciate, nobody will disturb you on top your plot. Contact me on 08069506169 for site inspection and to seal this deal. No let this opportunity pass you by o. The balance of 750k to 1m, you can either still buy a car or invest in foodstuffs business to multiply it. All the best. |

My advice is: The most important thing is the check the value chain of whichever thing you want to buy: which means, what financial increase will it brings to you in return..... It's fine if you are buying the car for commercial purposes, because that might eventually breeds the money to buy yourself a car for luxury, but if you buy the car for luxury, it won't bring in any income but it will aways demand mentainance fees from you. About your family, nothing will do them, they will survive it. It is better for them to have standard education without enjoying the luxury of being carried in a car than enjoy the luxuries of the car without good education and good feeding and housing. My advice is:::::::: put the money to the soil as a seed and let it yield and bring increase.........Note: In 1990, Sir Shina Peters bought a house of #20m while in the same year Jim Ovia started Access bank with the same amount. In 2015 Shina Peters renovated the building with about 60m while Jim Ovia networth was about 970m.... Be wise!!!! |

If you are contemplating between a car and a land, then it's obvious the correct option is land. This is coming from an economical point of view but if you want a luxurious one, then car is the answer. |
