I have never for a day support their Herbal drug not because na Africa thing but based on records and statistics.

1. There are not the only country with no Covid-19 death (though, they recorded their first ystday)
2. They are still having positive cases.
3. Rwanda is in Africa too and they never record any death even without using any herbs
4. Some European countries too never record any death.

Their herbs may just work like normal drugs countries all over the world are using to fight the virus.

Or late March early April.
Did Rwanda not record a case before Madagascar and there is no single death in Rwanda.
Even Vietnam and Cambodia had cases before Madagascar and no single death.Have you heard Vietnam,Rwanda and Cambodia tout an untested tonic as cure that everybody should use or have you heard them use the supposed miracle cure from Madagascar?
How do you know it is working when their cases are less than 500 and they are still recording new cases.Vietnam has a higher recovery rate than Madagascar yet they do not claim to be using an untested drug.Do you have any data to prove that the tonic from Madagascar is efficient.
