When PMB was coming to power, all the corrupt thieves in Nigeria were very very scared. Many were alleged to have planned relocating from Nigeria immediately PMB was sworn in. How is this even possible for a permanent secretary to do a purchase above its approval limit...a minister cannot unilaterally approve a N7B purchase without resorting to FEC....except ofcourse the entrenched systemic corruption is at play.

Did we hear this kind of information been shared or leakage to the public in the past? make una stop crticizing negatively , constructive criticism is what we need.

with this kind of information in the air, i would nigerians to regularly bring this information to the air to find out how this issue was concluded so that it does not sleep through the cracks.
