When PDP looters discovered the non-existence of the president, they all crossed over to APC, the looting party hence what we are hearing now. In fact, APC is the worst party Nigeria ever had.

These are carreer civil servants and not buhari's appointees, it's because of the person of Buhari this is coming to light now and not after he has left office like the case of the drunken sailor

We have so much funds in this country, if this amount can be used in the Ministry of Agriculture. Can we imagine the amount of funds available in big ministries like finance, petroleum, etc

If it was PDP , the money will circulate even to the security men at the gate house but this APC believes certain people are only allowed to loot the treasurer.......

Whichever way, it all boils down to say that Corruption was and is the god father of Nigerian Politics , until We do what Ghana did, we will keep having( Nigeria must go ) in all countries as our home is not fit for living.

because that Bulhari is not the one in Aso Rock now

I think the permanent secretary was part of the cabal? Maybe he was their financial accountant cum treasurer. For him to approve transactions for other ministries without the approval of the ministries ministers shows that he was working for a higher person within the presidency? This is my own thinking but right now Karma is a bitch!!!
