Hello everyone, I have been using Whatsapp Plus for sometime now without any problem. I just switched to the official Whatsapp to do something.

I want to switch back to Whatsapp plus but whenever I try verifying my number it show a pop-up to update the Whatsapp that the version is old even when the version expires 6th June, 2020, and my date is correct, which I have downloaded the current versions: v8.40 & v8.50 but it won't still work.

Please help. I have been battling this for days now

Uninstall the app delete all the caches and datas left on your mobile device. Then reinstall




If that doesn't work try reversing your date to when the version was released.

I have done that, I even backed up the Whatsapp plus with Titanium Backup and tried restoring it just the way it was before I logged out, but it is insisting that I verify the number.

I have even downloaded the official whatsapp, copied the version, build number and other details then applied it to the whatsapp plus using APK Editor pro+ but it is still saying I should update it.

How do I know the date the version was released?
