I have come come across several posts about women describing their first child as 'my womb opener' even after they have committed several abortions before settling down and giving birth. With that, can the first child still be described as the womb opener?

If the very first pregnancy ended up in miscarriage, I think you are good to say your first child is your womb opener. But if it's an induced abortion, then there is no moral right to claim that your first child is your womb opener.
