Yesterday I bought data from this company and I won’t get an sms nor my data

I messaged and call severally

Nothing happens til now

And it shows completed in their rubbish dash board

They have over 10,000 customers with just 2 customer care representative that also have their own petty business

The company is next to rubbish

Yesterday, I bought an MTN recharge of 342.3 credits. My line was not credited. I called your customers care representative, and it seems they don't even understand what they can do about it.

Attached is a snapshot of payment invoice to this transaction. Your remark on the transaction doesn't even add up. Saying I have successfully bought a #5000 data of 15gigs to....

I also realized someone was using all the money in my wallet and I complained to clubkonnect and you told me to change my login number. The challenge now is that all my upgraded members are renewing their sites on the other number and clubkonnect promised to link the 2 numbers and this going to 4months now and people are renewing their site and it's going to almost 50k commission wallet I have missed and clubkonnect has refused to attend to my issue. Me am ready to call nellobyte on all social media platforms till my issue is sorted out. I cannot lose all the money I lost then and lose my renewal from my own members. It won't happen ooo.
