I like how he could capture a good part of the stadium through the car window from a speeding vehicle.

It's harder than it looks. That's where timing is off the essence.

Dark room
Stock camera pro mode:
ISO 100
Shutter time 16s
Nokia torchlight as light source

Set the phone on a stand or tripod, start capture. Move the light source in the direction as if you were painting a picture.

With practice one would be able to draw proper shapes and art. I tried to draw a Lantern. LoL grin

all those shutter time, ISO etc. my phone doesn't have those.
