The reason for this is that I listened to Nigeria info, 99.3 fm this morning and the main discussion was; "Sit at home order by Nigerian Medical Association (NMA)" Lagos, due to persistent arrest by Nigeria Police force enforcing the curfew. The President has exempted essential staff, which medical personnel belong to. But Police on the roads are claiming the order from IGP is to arrest and even go to inner streets. My question is between President and IGP whose order is Superior?
