No you can't. The next withdrawal will be two years after your after the last. Note that you can access only 50% of the incremental contributions that have been domiciled in your RSA for a minimum of two years.

Pal pension is the same as Nigeria system of government ,They were not effective in paying .

I applied to access my 25% pension contribution since 20th Sept 2017. I was informed by Pal pensions that a letter was made to my last employer awaiting for a response from them. I was later told that my last employer had responded on 9th Oct and my request was sent to Pencom on 10th Oct for an approval to enable Pal pensions effect the payment into my account. Up till this moment, I have not received alert. Is that how Pencom delays to give approvals? I read a testimony of a nairalander here with Ibtc who got his account credited within 3weeks of his application. Why is it that Pal cannot keep their clients updated on the position of their applications like Ibtc? If I had not called and mailed them, I would not have known the stages of my application.

I have gone through hell trying to to access 25% of my RSA after being out of work for more than a year. I cannot recommend it to my worst enemy. Maybe it works fine elsewhere but here in Nigeria it is a total SCAM.

Apart from IBTC, the rest employ different delay tactics to frustrate/dissuade you from accessing your fund.

Stop deceiving people. Processing 25% pension benefits doesn't take more than 10 working days in all PFAs, provided you submitted authentic and not forged documents.
Probably you encountered a problem during processing which I'm so certain the error will be from you.
Kindly contact the PFA and ask what the problem is so they can direct you properly.
You can mention the name of the PFA for assistance.

Yes it's been resolved. Bt I had to keep calling and calling and disturbing their stanbic pension contact centre. They didn't forward to pencom in time despite my employee acknowledgement letter maturing after five days. That was the issue

Have you tried visiting them, going to their office should help you have a direction.

I doubt they will respond to mail because they don't have database of all pensioners to know what answers to give.
