That's not true! Anybody can sight the moon. But you have to report to the moon sight committee if sighted. And I think, the Sultan of Sokoto is the leader of the Muslim league in Nigeria. So he is the one to announce in Nigeria.

Christians are practicing the doctrines they learned from their pastors am not sure this is true follower of Jesus Christ who are more concern about the practice of Islam than their religion

Yoruba are more sophisticated just bcs we accommodate and respect other people's perception about whatever religion, party or principles they embrace just as it is practice in the developed nations

But our Igbos bloders who are claiming holier than others and never tolerate other religions in their region believe they are doing the will of Jesus but is this the true doctrine of Jesus you claim you follow ?
