That's not a surprise since it has a metal frame and a huge battery, others are lighter cos most of them have plastic frame and covers and the battery capacity is far less than the A3s

Like the weight difference between my Cubot and Umidigi A3S is much!

On this page go to the 3 dots on the top right, select settings then in settings untoggle updates via wi-fi only and allow automatic download ...... U should be fine

I just got the umidigi A3s from jumia, received my phone last night.
everything was Perfect, until this morning I tried to set finger print and pattern, the phone hang, tried putting it off to Power it back again,nothing.
Now screen has gone blank, nothing is showing.
I tried plugging it on my pc, it's not showing but the pc made some sound, meaning it's still on but screen is just blank.
what do I do?

I went to pick up station, where I picked it earlier, filled a form on jumia app, then I dropped the phone with them.
so I have sent it back.
waiting for refund,would have loved to order this particular phone again but I didn't see your mention earlier.
I felt bad today, me that was planning on how to show my friends the beauty of umidigi phones.

It still remains a mystery to me.
how the phone just go blank and refused to power on beats my imaginations.
I've not seen something like that before, I de operate phone lol but I'm still in shock, e be like magic.

You can take it back to the pickup centre, for them to help you process the return but they'll still ask you to call customer care.

Alternatively if u're in Lagos and on the mainland, their experience centre at Yaba e-center can collect and process the return for you.

Hello my umidigi a5 pro got dipped in water mistakenly (the down part which has the charging port and earpiece socket). My mistake was not taking it to a phone engineer. Now when i try to charge It shows 'phone charging slowly'. Any solution please? Aside this carelessness on my part, the phone is worth every penny.
