One Nigeria is not viable. For any venture to be viable, all effort will be geared towards the same direction. I. Nigeria, you have a South that is progressive and secular in nature, ready to be guided by the rules of law. Then you have a retrogressive north that is eager to still be in the stone age, wanting Sharia to be the guiding rule, disregarding education, and making mediocrity its collective emblem.
Those two scenarios up there don't mix well.
