I have delete all the content on the site, uploaded new sitemap to my google console when I apply for the unban still getting the same error, I need help, cause this as made me stop blogging, I use AdSense to feed.

No, it won't. Don't expect the AdSense team to take care of your ish. While you might have taken all contents down, you should, as a matter of urgency, confirm that the violation has been fixed at your end.

Plus, AdSense is short-staffed right now, no thanks to COVID-19. So the wait might take longer before a human will properly review your site. Before then, it is likely that your account might have been banned before then.

I am tempted to share AdSense's email address to have your account saved but I am not permitted to do that. Just be proactive enough to have your account saved.

I have been in this your exact shoes alot in the past 8yrs or so, The reason why you are still getting that error is because your links are still indexed in google so the spiders still see the links as live! Do not apply for review anymore wait for all your links to be deindexed on Google, this can take up to a month or two, after it has been deindexed reapply for review there are other ways to speed up this process though

Note: After I post this the idiot up there would use his alternate account to try to derail this thread , just ignore the pest his solution is already fixed and let's concentrate on saving your Adsense.

To add to what wuzzytech have said, there is a tool in search console were you can request for your site to be removed from search result. It is much more faster than just waiting.

Although I don't know if getting your site deindex will solve your problem. If you want to speed the process then you should use the tool in search console.
