Today I noticed that low data I had caused it's inability to download app for me. Now I know it is a good phone

Tecno L9 plus is outdated, it was first launched more than two years ago, so the panel wil likely be weak. Go for Nokia or Samsung phone

if you have alot of files on your phone then it will be slow. The battery is what trips me most
