I got a new Hisense smart TV, I bought HDMI from another vendor. When ever I plugs the TV with my laptop using the HDMI, first it will say "signal received" , but then it will still go ahead to display "weak or no signal". I have tried both ports, with two different laptops as well, still no luck. Please help! |

just borrow your neighbor's HDMI cable to confirm if the issue is from the TV or the cable... |
