Pls guys i wanted to ask a question. Why do umidigi struggle with software optimization? Especially d camera aspect. I used the a3 pro, then the a5 pro, but was not really impressed with the camera performance. Dont get me wrong i really love umidigi phones, they offer really good hardware but their camera hardware specs does not really match its performance. Especially when compared with shitfinix, scrapno and other brands like xiaomi, realme etc. Why are they not really trying to work on this weakness? If not thier phones are perfect. Hope a7 pro would be better.

The new Google Pixel 5, is only coming with one camera at the rear, but the magic of software optimization + hefty bank balance, would still make the Google Pixel 5, probably the best android device, in the camera department.......


Umidigi lacks the hefty bank balance, to conduct tests and optimize the hardware, marrying the software available perfectly......

Imagine Umidigi having the bank balance of Google and only stuck to MTK, they would probably corner the MTK device market.......

Hence, they give the best they can, considering their financial handicap...... If they offered all, their prices would be more higher, than presently offered.........

How I wish Umidigi could release an OTA to sort out the led notification light for charging! We could have other colours to indicate when the phone is fully charged instead of the green light when it gets to 90%...

Notification lights are no longer in vogue, same way front facing flash has been pushed to the back burner while the notch design has taken over.

Try what @lexusgs430 stated above and give us feedback.

It's not charging port.

Buy Oriamo cable. Or cables with rating 2A fast charging.

The charger selects cable a lot.

I bought Oriamo cable 2 months ago, it charged fast but went bad after a month.
I bought another so called good charging cable for a higher amount, it doesn't charge fast, takes 4h to full instead of normal 1h 15min.

It lasts though, I'm thinking of buying a fast one again.

My bro's cable charges it fast but not mine.

You and peablaze don't have to be going through this stress and waste of hard earned money, come get good cable that will give you rest of mind for both charging and data sync.

A trial will convince you.

Who has Umidigi A3S for sale?

Oya, I don come again and I need solution fast fast.

So I got a Memory Card for my A3S yesterday, inserted it and it prompted me to either use as portable storage or format as internal storage, na so I choose internal storage o and na there wahala start.

In total I had about 10GB free in total but when I try to use camera I was getting "low internal storage", tried other camera apps, same thing.

Tried to download images from WhatsApp, no way!

Now I tried to go back to settings and format back as portable storage, na so phone restart and freeze on logo that I had to hard reset it by holding power button down, I tried it again same thing o.

And as I no wan lose my phone and I need this MC also, make una advise me on which way to go.
