Lola is a beautiful 10 weeks old puppy with a fierce glare. She looks like a baby goat with her thin legs and the way she runs is hilarious. Despite this, she's extremely fast. She's only 10nweeks old but she's easily keeping pace with my 4 months old German shepherd. Although, she's quite timid. I only just got her two days ago so I hope it's adjusting to the new environment that caused it. Because any sudden sound or movement has her running to hide. I'm trying to build her confidence and I hope it gets better in the coming days. As tiny as she is, she's a voracious eater. Last night, she consumed 3 chicken necks. Big fat juicy ones and 4 liver. It was surprising because I don't know how she could fit it into her tiny stomach. But she ate every single thing. I'll post more updates on her as she grow. She's having her ear cropped today. That reminds me, the night I brought her home. I kept her in a carton by my bed. I heard a sound in the midnight and lo and behold, I put on my light to see her looking at me like this. Davecut: Don't even try it. Any small mistake, you may cut the whole ear off. Plus, if you want it to look beautiful after it has to be done by a professional. |

Dobermans are my favourite breed. I hope to get one someday. Your dog is really cute. I heard that's how they grow so be patient with her. How about her confidence training? Is Lola more confident now? What steps are you taking to train her to be confident? I'm really eager to know. |
