It was brought to my attention that this renowned scammer has been lobbying to have his name removed from the list of scammers on nairaland. I had promised him that I will be hovering above any new profile or thread he creates as I feel that's what I can do to make sure nairalanders don't fall victim to his scamming trade.

I paid him 4k to teach me Affiliate marketing which he didn't. All he did was send me some junk files and deleted the whatsapp group only to create anyone for his new victims.

Unless he has scammed you before, this doesn't prove in any way he is a scammer. A screenshot of debit alert isn't enough sir.
What was your initial agreement? Show us proof that he didn't do what he promised. He gave you materials for your payment right? You claimed they were junk, how? Can you be more specific?
I think you are pained and want to discredit the guy.
Your lazy ass can't seat down to get materials online? How did he know about affiliate marketing himself, did he study it at the university? Is it not from online materials? That's why people call Nigerian graduates unemployable, simple initiative they don't have.

If what you wrote up there makes sense to You then, the only conclusion is that you're Derprince or a relative to Derprince. Knock yourself out.

My only mission here is to warn nairalanders about him so they don't waste their hard earned money on his bullshit. And I believe that's the only honorable thing to do.

Yes,but if you know him before to be a scammer why do business with him? I hate scam with passion,I have never been scammed on nairaland or anywhere, you need to be smarter than the person you want to scam, one mumu I wanted to buy Instagram from wanted to scam me, 2 or 3 questions, the guy ran off.
Most scams reported here are so easy that it makes me angry. Be smart and stop being greedy, nobody can scan you.

Someone comes on nairaland claiming to earn big from Affiliate marketing and offered to tutor people for a fee. Then I paid with some guys only for the guy to abandon the group for over a week with the pretense that he is having a church program two days after we paid. Then, the next act he took was to delete the group when we confronted him and opened another one for his new victims. I was really surprised You would blame me or the other guys that paid. I believe in paying for value.

If I keep quiet and allow him to carry on his scamming trade then I will become an accomplice because of my inaction.

DEFAMATION LAW

A Law to make provisions with respect to libel slander and other malicious falsehood and for purposes connected therewith.

[1961 No. 66. 1963 No. I. L.N. 139 of 1965.]

[28th December, 1961] [Commencement.]

CRIMINAL DEFAMATION UNDER THE NIGERIAN LAW

A defamation matter is defined in section 373 of the criminal code as a matter likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or likely to damage any person in his profession or trade by injury to his reputation. Such matter may be expressed in spoken words or in words legibly marked on any substance whatever, or by any sign or object signifying such matter otherwise than by words and may be expressed either directly or by insinuation or irony. It is immaterial whether at the time of the publication of the defamatory matter, the person concerning whom such matter is published is living or dead.

To impute immoral or obscene conduct to a person is defamatory of that person. To allege that he is a thief or to impute to him the commission of any offence is also defamatory. To allege that a person has planned to kill some named persons is defamatory.

Let your lawyer write me and my lawyer will respond. Look at you. You can afford a lawyer but you're on nairaland reaping off nairalanders. I won't even spend #1 to get a lawyer to respond. Just refund my #4000. If not be ready to pay your lawyer good money to come for me.

You're just speaking from the two sides of your month. First I only bought a method, then the whatsapp group was deleted after the training. Better refund my #4000. I'm not paying #1 to a lawyer. You will be the one to spend your life savings getting a lawyer.

Hehehehehehehe. Just refund my money or this thread will remain as it is. I wonder what you and your lawyer would argue in court. That you scammed people on nairaland and you deleted the whatsapp group, deleted your profile on nairaland all in the bid to bury all the evidence against you. Now, you have crawled out of your hole trying to build a new profile so you can resume your trade.

I would even want the case transfered to Abuja.
