Exchange rate depends on the bank you are using. I would advise you buy locally except you are willing to wait for AliExpress delivery.

I tried paying for a stuff on Aliexpress with my UBA debit mastercard and it wasn't accepted. It says whether my card issuer has declined the transaction. I should contact them.

Please what should I do? Does online payment like Aliexpress require any other type of activation?

I once used a UBA Card to Pay for an Order

Card Declined might mean the amount you have in that account (including bank charges rate)is lower to the amount payable for the order.

You can also try to recheck every number input is correct and order again.

The only activation needed on Aliexpress for a newbie is OTP.

So, am trying to make an order and these are the shipping options, am a lil confused, would fedex option arrive at post office, am trying to decide btw fedex and TNT, what do you guys advice. I meed the item urgently
