I’m in a serious dilemma, I mean my whole family is in serious dilemma. My father was just scammed, they called him and told him that his account has issues and before you know what was happening, they retrieved his atm and pin from him and withdraw #430k from his account.

My father was just rushed to hospital! I hope he survives it.

Please help me, for the sake of my old and sad father! He might not survive this, please he deserve justice and peace of mind.

He’s old and naive, they took advantage of him.

Please help me to get this people, please me.

They transferred the money from first bank account through Quickteller.

I have reported to the bank and even the police but there’s no much cooperation from them.

This is actually why this type of crime will not be easily stopped.

However, I have made some positive progress on my own. I was able to discover that the money was sent to two different account and 49k was sent to a phone number. I have informations on the account numbers and the phone number.

I know it will not be so easy to get them but I know it will be very possible. Because they must make a mistake somewhere!

I just wish for support (not financially but through opinion and advice) of well meaning Nigeria’s to help me get this menace out of the street.

They even called my dad’s number again yesterday hoping to get more money from him by claiming that the want to help him block another account because the noticed a fraud in his account the previous day. I recorded their voice.

Call your banks fraud section.... All transactions can be traced even if it's outside the country... Yours is still within the country

console your father while making sure that the bank is informed immediately.

Contact the customer care of FBN right away and lay your complain...then follow it up.
BTW., your dad may have to be alive to recover his money himself at the end of the day; go take care of him.
