So I'm using a Nokia 3.1 and I bought this phone about a month ago. Just last week the phone had a problem. Anytime I'm using it with the data on the battery percentage jumps down. It can go from 80% to 74% just like that. But this happens only when the data is on. I checked the internet on what to do and they said it can be fixed by draining down my battery and charging it to full power. I have done this and the problem still persists. How can I solve this please |
