Help Please. Battery Percentage Keeps Jumping Down by Abelxo: 8:41am On May 29, 2020
So I'm using a Nokia 3.1 and I bought this phone about a month ago. Just last week the phone had a problem. Anytime I'm using it with the data on the battery percentage jumps down. It can go from 80% to 74% just like that. But this happens only when the data is on. I checked the internet on what to do and they said it can be fixed by draining down my battery and charging it to full power. I have done this and the problem still persists. How can I solve this please

If there's a pending update, update asap

If it's still under warranty have it replaced

i advice you take it to carlcare to see if they can help with fixing it, you could also use power saver to optimise your battery usage
